We are a ministry (with special emphasis on premarital preparation and marital issues) seeking to lead people to Jesus, the One who binds up and heals broken hearts.
Isaiah 61:1 (speaking of the coming Messiah, Jesus) says, "He sent me to bind up the broken-hearted, to proclaim liberty to the captives and freedom to the prisoners."
God has blessed our marriage and has given us grace to walk together for Him. That doesn't mean that our lives have been problem or worry free, but we are learning that God's plan is for marriages to bring Him glory in very season and every circumstance.
We don't hesitate to use and recommend the wonderful tools that the Lord has blessed people to develop and teach for marriage. There was a time when our life was becoming one of 'shoulder to shoulder' rather than 'heart to heart.' We discovered that we needed to be sure that we were connecting as a man and woman, husband and wife from our hearts. As we explored this we rediscovered God's timeless truths:
We know that the Lord has called us into a ministry to marriages today. This calling has been confirmed by others and our hearts are touched by the pain that so many are walking through in their relationships.
Hearts Set Free is a faith-based ministry. As such we do not charge for our time. However, because of materials used in premarital there is a one time fee of $125 to pay for the materials used.
Hearts Set Free is a faith-based nonprofit ministry supported through tax-deductible donations. We believe the Lord has led us to trust Him for the reconciliation of relationships and our financial needs. Therefore, all donations and, more importantly, all prayer is greatly appreciated. We completely understand, unless the Lord does the healing in the heart and the relationships, then we are all laboring in vain.
